This study aims to identify the supply chain risks and explore the contextual relations among them under uncertainty. The COVID-19 pandemic has endangered emerging economies more adversely than developed ones. Like other sectors, the small and medium enterprises are not exceptional. This study is expected to assist policymakers in the context examined to focus more on the crucial factors and develop proactive measures to overcome such challenges.
