In Bangladesh has a significant plastic waste issue, particularly in Dhaka, where only 37.2 percent of the daily 646 tons of plastic waste is recycled, a motivated initiative aims to design and fabricate a new low budget plastic recycle machine. This machine intends to convert plastic waste into green tiles, driven by reasons such as insufficient recycling practices, the need to reduce sea contamination and impact on marine life, the whole ecosystem and the integration of manufacturing processes. The final goal is to contribute to sustainable construction practices by producing eco-friendly tiles as an alternative to traditional tiles or ceramics tiles.
