The Department of Industrial and Production Engineering, Jashore University of Science and Technology is one the leading academic department. The department has gathered a group of quality faculty members who have strong academic background and are incessantly pursuing research and education for the well-being of the students. The cutting edge research conducted by the faculty members of this department is being documented and published regularly in renowned scientific journals. The graduates of this department are being placed in various job sectors, which include but not limited to, Textile, plastic, power generation, banking sector, hospital, chemical, petrochemical paper, polymer and business sectors. Apart from that, there are some graduates who have been the faculty members and some other are pursuing master and PhD programs at home and abroad. The congenial academic environment of this university is something which affects a great deal to ensure quality education. I wish the department will run more effectively in future days.
